Thanks so much for all the videos, stories and photos you've sent in to our quest to find Britain's strangest nesting site.

Ever since we first asked we've been inundated with your stories of Britain's barmiest nests/ You've been showing us them on the Springwatch Flickr group, the video gallery and right here.

If you're pushed for time and can't read all the 482 replies (at time of posting), here's a few of my other favourites.

- A pigeon nest in a large green monster's mouth at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
- Blue tits nesting in a raising railway barrier
- On the track of the Jacobite steam train line in Mallaig Station; and unbelievably
- in a carwash in Margate
