This is the second time River City has been nominated (the first time was in 2006) and Series Producer, Morag Bain, is delighted for everyone involved in the programme, "It's a great honour. It's wonderful that the hard work of the team is recognised by our peers in the industry. We're keeping our fingers and toes crossed for success this year!"

Congratulations to everyone involved in show.

But what I'm really interested in is Gina's shoes! How weird, never saw the like of them before.

Well deserved considering how hard the show has worked to recover from that spell last year that we do not mention. (shhh!)

Wot no nominations for the three actors who play the Murdoch family? Amber in particular - I think someday we'll be saying "I remember her when she was just on River City."
