The 2010 Fringe programme has now been announced, and both MacAulay and Co and The Festival Cafe will be broadcasting live from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) for 2 weeks: 9-13 and 16-20 August.

For a taster of what to expect, have a look at the photo galleries from last year's Fringe.

Tickets are available online via the Fringe website:

I called in at the Edinburgh Fringe Box Office on Friday and was told they had no tickets for MacAulay & Co. at EICC between 9 & 20 August. Their website, however, shows availability for all dates; but when you try to book tickets it does not offer a quantity option and it then fails. I called the telephone number shown for EICC, which is Ticketmaster, and they also say they have no tickets.

I hope we are not going to suffer a repeat of 2009 when it appeared that a number of bank managers, including The Royal Bank of Scotland, seemed to abuse the free tickets for the shows as a form of corporate hospitality and their early booking made it difficult for members of the public to get tickets.

Hi Derek, can I recommend that you contact the MacAulay and Co show direct? fred@bbc.co.uk
