Lack of runs costs emotional Vaughan 5:19pm on 03 Aug 2008 Sad to see him go but only Vaughan could make that decision. Personally I think it would be disaster for England and KP if he was elevated to the captaincy now, Strauss or Key but perhaps Cook as a younger forward looking choice?
Kiwis put England in a spin 10:17pm on 24 May 2008 Snails,Snails,Snails. Some one wrote about(Sir) Geoffrey Boycott being slow the otherday well compared to this lot he was an absolute hare. How can New Zealand score at over 4 per over yet we barley manage 2 1/2 per over? Amazing!
Hair enjoys uneventful return 6:03pm on 24 May 2008 Ok lets forget about Hair serverd his sentence now he is back> what about England`s snail pace batting again? New Zealand rattled along at over 4 an over and here we are barely making 2 1/2 an over thats why England will not win they are snails!
The Lord's effect 6:56pm on 18 May 2008 It`s called pressure and it emanates it`s self all over the world, Wembley,Wimbledon,Superbowl,Ashes, Open Championships you name a big sporting event and pressure is there some self inflicted, some inflicted by others and it is how you cope with the pressure that determines your performance!
Bad light, bad luck 2:49pm on 18 May 2008 A lead of 100 or so Aggers! At the rate we bat approx 1 run every 3 balls we will be lucky to equal New Zealands total never mind over take it after 31/2 days of batting!
Why do we take 174 deliveries to score 63 runs, 108 deliveries to score 38 runs? Entertaing ? NO!

But we also need to alter the players mindset too> It was interesting to hear Ryan Sidebottem say" New Zealand came of often so why not us" scholl boyish or what? The paying customer should come first>
