Logic? What logic? You would have a league of about 24 teams and were is the sense in that? and dont you dare mention regionalisation after watching what it did to Welsh club rugby. There is no way in the world we in England would get rid of our club game just so the celtic teams get a bit more TV money.

I think you are looking at this though Heineken Cup eyes, when Tigers play Ospreys in that cup you expect a full house everytime, top players and a great atmosphere. Would that be the same if it was East Midlands (minus its best players rested for the HC) V Ospreys (again resting players for the bigger games) on a wet Friday night so Scrum 5 can cover it because Sky are not interested?

Theres nothing wrong with the Magners league and there is nothing wrong with the English Premiership so why change it? given the very low opinion most Celts on here seem to have regarding Premiership teams and English rugby in general why would you want to be playing us every week?

Rubbish: The forwards clung on in the first 2 tests and relied on the the like of Gibbs,Guscott,Tait,Townsend and in the second test Bentley to make the yards that put Jenkins in kicking range. To say the backs did nothing is farcical

I would love a 68k job and these people have the nerve to not only take the cash but bump it up with a load of 'expensies'. Doesnt suprise me that Nick robinson writes with some sympthy as Im sure there are many media types at the BBC that claim very simliar 'expensies' at cost to the tax payer.

Ireland are a far better side than England and for England to compete they way they did at the breakdown and slow the Irish ball down shows how much the pack has improved. Not that you mention the forwards as you probably have no clue what forwards do. As for Tait looking sharp, he should have looked to pass the ball.

I really wish you "pundits" would look futher than the backline and using Soccer comparisions in a Rugby blog shows how clueless you are.
The Goodwin pension questions 05:24am on 27 Feb 2009 MrsBloggs you make a very good point but you are forgetting these big earners in the banks were paying less tax than the cleaning staff because the goverment were terrified of them leaving the city. Also you must take into account the offshore accounts these people had.

Its fine earning £500K a year and paying 8 million in tax but if your foolishness costs the tax payer 13bl its hardly a great contrabution is it?
The Goodwin pension questions 01:49am on 27 Feb 2009 I am soooooo angry about this!!!!! There is a very good chance I will lose my job as its in the retail sector because these over paided, over honoured fat cats got too greedy!!!!

Why are we bailing them out? lets put £13bn into rebuiling the rail network, that will help hundreds of small companys out and would go to the people who need it not these fools who thought they were being clever inventing profits that were never there!!!

If I saw one of these sir fatcats walking down the street I would punch their lights out and be happy going to prison for it as at least there I would have a roof over my head with 3 meals a day, something I might stuggle with over the next year.

Im just feed up of this 24hr media hammering away at us until we all want to top ourselves.

Pammyanne I dont get anti-social hours payments because a few years ago some of those poor little business advisors you talk about turned up at my work and advised that the managers change our T & Cs to be "competitive" not that its done anyone any good now I suppose as we are all broke but Im sure those poor stuggling business advisors got a nice fat bonus for turning my place of work from a good family firm employing thousands of local people into a paying prison employing mostly agency staff.

Doesnt she know that we must all be totally negitive about the economy!!!

If she needs lessons she should go to the BBC as they have led the way with bad news during this trying time.
