Looks like yet another nu-Labour apologist attempts to deflect public anger over this idiotic survey by blaming everyone else, and even manages to attempt to blame a party that has been out of power for a decade for nu-Labours disastrous immigration policies which have made some people vote for the BNP.

Looks to me like Boilerbill reqires a service, especially with the amount of methane he is producing!.

His infantile attack on Israel makes him stand out as the extremist, I thank god that pro-Terrorist supporters like him are in the minority.

I have many Muslim friends, and although many would argue that Israel has caused much suffering to the Palestinians, the Palestinians themselves have caused equal suffering to their own people/cause.

At work today I showed Post 13's comment to my Muslim colleague, his comment was that the poster should crawl back under the rock he surfaced from, he also disagreed with the so called 'facts' as outlined by poster 13.

In finishing, I would strongly advise the BBC to enforce their own web guidelines and remove Post 13 as it is a Racist and objectionable post.

Rustigjongens made a perfectly valid point, one that I agree with, as for yeah_whatevers post...Grow up, you wish to disagree with the first poster why not attempt to debate his point like an adult and less like a member of the House of Commons.

Many people stay in the public sector as they do not have to justify their job, in the private sector when the economy is performing badly people get fired, in the public sector they do not.

If you want to earn more money, come and join me in the private sector, but remember no indexed linked pension, no guaranteed bonus and no job for life.
Learn EU-speak 7:58pm on 17 Feb 2009 It is not just the EU who speak in tongues, I work for a large (lets hope it stays that way) German Automotive company, and at lunch today my colleagues and I (we were bored) decided to count how many abbreviations our company uses, we ran out of time!!.

I presume that the EU has its own jargon to aid its multicultural staff, that is the reason that my companies uses so many abbreviations, many of my colleagues cannot understand German, however, they all understand that VIN is a chassis number (which is easier to remember than Vehicle Identification Number), that PC means passenger car (not political correctness as some might think), and that when phrases such as: economic strategic savings programs will be implemented, instantly translate in
all languages the same two words......Job Cuts.

Seriously, the EU whilst not particularly good at anything, being forced by their own rules to ensure that everything is translated into the language of all its member states, would I imagine dictate the need to use some form of communication device to get messages across quickly, and without the need to go through this bureaucratic red tape.

Does this mean that the BBC is looking to publish portions of the report?, is the BBC going to publish the entire report?, what other stance could the BBC take apart from releasing the document?.
Whales swim backwards 7:19pm on 17 Feb 2009 I also have had the chance to see Whales up close, and what a beautiful sight they are, that does not mean that the pro-whaling countries are wrong to wish to eat whale meat, I think it is wrong, but if you had substituted whale with rat then I would have said nothing, which probably makes me a hypocrite.

teamgreen1, agree with most of what you say, looks to me as if you might be the sort of environmentalist who can listen to both sides of a story, and that is very refreshing compared to most of the environmentalists who attack anyone who dares to disagree.
