Before and after 2:43pm on 10 Jul 2009 What a lovely young man, and very brave to show himself on video and talk about it all.

Like previous contributors I would definitely give to a fund to help him have cosmetic surgery to remove the excess skin if the NHS are not willing to do so.

Maybe one of the MP's who have spent tax payers money on second homes might like to contribute to this much more worthy cause or perhaps even a lottery grant.

As a complete amateur photographer it made interesting reading! And for those worried that the 'professionals' are getting in on the act, I can tell you all that amateurs do get their pictures shown on here as an ex-colleague of mine had hers chosen last week under the title of 'Hidden'! Well done the BBC!
