Got a question for The Sun 2:10pm on 11 Nov 2009 Yesterday, most people on this blog wanted Eddie to ignore this story. What has changed?

Those who read the Sun will not be listening to PM. The police will not be listening. Gordon may be listening but will not sue the Sun.

The BBC allowed a member of the public to give Margaret Tatcher a verbal kicking over the Belgrano.

The Sun did the same for Gordon Brown.

It is good to see that the minister has finally abandoned the pretence about the planning system. It never was a substitute for democracy, just a very expensive way of warring down the opposition. Totally pointless. Of course the minister does not want democracy either but at least he has given up the pretence. That, in a perverse way, is a step forward.

PM Glass Box for Friday 8:19pm on 30 Oct 2009 The problem with Cannabis is the delivery system - smoking it. It needs rebranding and a more socially acceptable method of delivery.

Very few of the people I know who used it in their youth do so now but they still use alchohol. Those who still use it do tend to be stuck in a time in more ways than one. Even the those who regulary used cannabis admit now that alcholol (usually in the form of beer or lager) is more satisfying both socially and in its effects.
Sorry you were out. 2:33pm on 07 Oct 2009 Not only do they fail to deliver parcels, they have no parking at the sorting office and the street has double yellow lines for a mile each side so you have to carry the heavy parcel for a mile or park on the pavement and hope for no traffic wardens.

They will eventually go bust, which is sad because it is an organisation with a fine tradition of service.
The AM Glass Box 2:32pm on 05 Oct 2009 I have not heard Mr. C (Cuts Cameron) being asked why he thinks he can cut the number of people claiming Incapacity Benefit when the present government tried a few years ago and failed.

Would he employ someone would had been receiving Incapacity Benefit and believed he or she was entitled to continue to receive it but by rules changes was now forced to seek work?

Mr. Cameron, like all politicians, likes to insult our inteligence. Some of the electorate will probably reward him for doing so. Fortunately, I am one of the 70% of voters who don't have any effect on the outcome of the election so I won't be getting hot under the collar about the insult.

In the USA the Supreme Court has a duty to uphold and defend the constitution. As we don't have a constitution what ours going to defend?
Hospital food. Any good? 7:07pm on 17 Sep 2009 lizzievee and jennysue, Kingston has always been a terrible hospital for food. My father was there in the 1970's for 3 weeks and the food was just dreadful. It was, and I am sure still is, a soul destroying place but at least in those days the nursing care was very good.

The rest of the population not on the database will be offered the choice of chemical castration or moving to the Isle of Wight. 50 years later, some happless prime minister will apologise for something neither he nor his government had anything to do with. Meanwhile, he will fail to apologise the terrorism caused by the ongoing military adventure of the British government in Afghanistan.
