Did he pull it off? 00:50am on 11 Sep 2009 Too early to tell. Some sort of reform is needed. We are venturing into uncharted waters, no matter what, and some sort of change is needed.

Can the President get the legislation passed? That remains to be seen.

Now that I live in Arizona, I have a whole other outlook. My family still live there, but I am removed from it. I do not miss it. And before some of y'all comment, no, I am not jealous. I don't look good in a suit For me, these women come under the category of the line from the song by Country Singer Shania Twain "That don't impress me much."

Road rage 5:35pm on 12 Oct 2008 Jon, I can sum all this up easily. Neither candidate is great nor up to the job. No matter what, we are heading for the unknown.

I just want this insane election to be over with. I will live my life however I have to.
Getting angry 7:11pm on 11 Oct 2008 Justin, the angry folks you are speaking with are really supporters of Gov. Palin, not Senator McCain. They really hope the Republican ticket will be elected and McCain will obligingly drop dead.
I am losing respect for my Senator. Who hijacked my Senator and whoever it is, bring him back!

That is the scary part. The Democrats come over as the rational ones, the Republicans as the angry ones. If this keep up, how are we going to pull together for the common good after November 4th? We have too much of a national mess to be that divided now.

I'm so disgusted I am going to visit my buddy in the hospital now. He has a great sense of humor. I will have more fun doing that.
