Football League ready to roll 2:38pm on 07 Aug 2009 Hi Lewis,

I have checked at The Football LEague Show will be on the iplayer on the Virgin Media platform.

The plan is for The Football League Show to be avialable on iplayer on Virgin Media. There are also rumours the live match will be on there too but I am not as sure about that one.

Firstly, great to see a blog posted here. I was a big fan of the sport editors blog and think its great it has returned. I hope more editors see the responses to this and see the interest that is out there.

As I work for Virgin Media, I must mention that V+ is also available as a PVR! Sky are not the only choice!

As a Southampton fan, we've not had much to look forward to recently, but the new tv contract may just coincide with a great new beginning at the souths best club!
World Cup a showcase for Paralympic sport 9:43pm on 05 Jul 2009 I would like this blog revived. It was always an interesting read, even when the Inside Sport man disagreed with everyone who commented!!
Andre and Steffi's Six appeal 11:08am on 19 May 2009 Credit where it is due, after weeks of compaining about the lack of Monday Night Football highlights, we did get the goals from last night.
However, as Pappatat commented on the show becoming Hello magazine, you seem to have taken this on board and booked brand Beckham for next week. Oh dear! Can we not have our serious sports show back? We've already had the Graf and Agassi programme. Why not more focus on the stars of today and tomorrow?
Andre and Steffi's Six appeal 1:10pm on 12 May 2009 I have to say I did enjoy last nights show but was also wondering why they were not interviewed in London as they will be here at the end of this week at the latest. The shots of Andre's School were not really justification in sending Gabby and film crew for a jolly in Las Vagas. I could understand it if they were not coming over until Wimbledon say but it seems silly for the sake of a week.

I also asked last week why the goals from Monday Night Football are not on this series. They were before Christmas I am sure (JP was usually in the studio to comment over the pictures). There have been some big Monday night matches recently and waiting until Football Focus (who don't show all the goals anyway) is something ITV would get criticised for I am sure.
The inside track on Inside Sport 3:22pm on 05 May 2009 Couple of points about last nights show. Good start time for once! If only it could be on at 10:45 every week, but I understand that it's not in your hands, Alistair. Secondly, where were the goals from Villa Park last night? Monday Night Football has always been shown on Inside Sport so why wasn't it last night? Thirdly, why didn't David Croft do the Button story? He did some great bits for IS last year (and I don't even like F1 much) and getting your rugby commentator to do the story seemed wrong to me. Lastly, great to see Boycott on there but feel he overshadowed the cycling man. I think a journalist alongside the Sir Geoffery would have only added to the debate last night!
The inside track on Inside Sport 3:57pm on 17 Apr 2009 I'm starting to wonder why we're allowed to comment here. Nearly everyone has said they would like one journalist each week and they add to the show and the reponse we get back is that we are ALL wrong!
The inside track on Inside Sport 10:35pm on 09 Apr 2009 Sorry, thinked the show lacked something this week. It was all a little too cosy. The 1st series of Inside Sport was brilliant, 40 minutes, nice length interviews, time for series discussion and time for odd bits of news and the following days headlines. We've slowly lost all apart from the interviews. Its gone from being the Sunday Times Sport section to the Daily Mirrors. Please have at least one journalist each week to add some weight to the discussions. Bring back the following days headlines and maybe we can go back having a show for series sports fans.
Monday night is Inside Sport night 11:37am on 26 Mar 2009 WIll the running time be back to 40 minutes or the rushed 30 minute version of the last series?
