I'm at Scotsgait - obviously ! - and have signed up at Gavin's Station (tho' it seems to be mainly chit-chat) and, also, at the Grauniad (which I have to thank FG for !!!).

May still pop in here from time to time but only when there's a subject which is of interest to me.

Library flag rumpus 7:33pm on 24 Jun 2009 This appears to be just the latest in a series of gimmicks by Christine Grahame. Bringing Berwick back to Scotland was amusing but this one is plainly dangerous as it's the sort of story that appeals to the racist amongst us. If, as it is reported, the workstation "was more like the home end at Hampden", then it was wholly unprofessional and, most probably, a political statement - and, therefore wholly inappropriate for a public sector employee.

It surely can't be any more expensive than PPP - which was nothing more than an expensive and poorly-managed re-branding of PFI and was clearly an attempt by the Westminster government to hoodwink the British people.
