Davis shouldn't have been on the pitch by the time he fouled Lucas anyway - did you see the challenge he did on Mascherano, which wasn't punished?? I'm guessing not.

And Johnson is only 'OK' in you're book? He's given us more from that position in four games than all his predecessors going back to the great Rob Jones.

At this point last season Man U had 5 points from 12, so obvioulsy there is no way that anything could change is there?

Our biggest problem, and i don't think i'll get many agreeing with me here, is Carra. He's trying to do too much, not trusting those in front and around him - look at the Skrtel injury, look at the glory balls, he is trying to play - as much as I think he is a true legend for the club, when Agger and Skrtel are fit, they are my first choice.

Not Rafa, not even him down the East lancs, I'm talking about the hypersensitivety of the press that Rafa hasn't gone round to Mr Fergusons house and offered up his first born because he dared stand up to him.

Its fair to say, Rafa is treating Mr Ferguson in the same way Mr Ferguson treats the BBC - with contempt.

And all you Man U fans, why don't you read up on what Rafa said yesterday? He congratulated your club on your achievement.

Phelps 100m away from matching Spitz's magnificent seven 1:32pm on 15 Aug 2008 I'm sorry but I just don't buy into this greatest olympian malarky that is being heralded to Phelps. No doubt that he is a quality performer but these are short distances he is racing at.

I would rate all marathon runners as a greater olympians than him - endurance, pace, pain, pleasure, heartache all in under 3 hours.

Scolari charms to take top billing 3:05pm on 09 Jul 2008 Deco looks too lightweight for this league. I imagine him going the way of Lil Luis Garcia, moments of gold but ultimately frustrating.

I also couldn't see the other top 3 teams going for Deco. He just wouldn't fit their systems and Arsene wouldn't pay for him anyway
