No seriously, the reason why spurs are so rubbish/ hilarious at the moment is because in the last 5 seasons at least they haven’t had a settled backline, and insist on buying injury prone defenders. King should be sold not because he’s not a excellent player, but because he’s more injury prone than Darren Anderton and this reduces the consistency of Tottenham’s defence and play in general.

I think it will be around the ten mark. For some reason, refs always give dogey pens to Manchester United at Old Trafford. Off the back of this they have won at least two of there recent Premiership titles, because they have managed to get 3 undeserved points in tight games.

And then 'Sir' Alex Ferguson has the AUDACITY to say that Manchester united do not get favourable decisions from refs? ITS A DISGRACE. He can even say to the head of refereeing (keith Hackett) 'your not doing you job properly’ without reprimand. I think all true football fans would agree, Manchester United favouritism within the FA is getting out of hand...
Viva Fabio 3:39pm on 12 Sep 2008 Emile Heskey was man of the match after Theo, constantly winning free kicks, headers he had no right to win, and allowing the midfield to play off him. Any decent victory in the last 7 years has had Heskey at the start and yet we always get these numptys suggesting this striker or that striker would do better... Heskey did the business and so he should keep his place in the team. End of.

I have been saying for ages that england needs PACE. In the past, because the tabloids picked the team, you could not drop gerrard, lampard or beckham, despite the fact they are very similar players. These 3 midfielders CANNOT PLAY TOGETHER. IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. EVER. Pick one of these midfielders and leave the other two WARMING THE BENCH.

No longer should the quickest players in the first team be ashley cole closely followed by ferdinand. I dont know why england has been so against pace but the benefit of it was shown last night. Also Emile Hesky was Immense. the entire midfield and rooney played off his strengh and guile. He should be the first choice attacker, rotate rooney and owen.
