The trip to Japan is definatley catching up with the squad. Injuries are taking their toll, This patch is very reminiscant of the 07/08 season where AC Milan took care of us. With Ferdinand, Neville, Evra, Vidic all struggling for fitness, and we paid the price.

The panic spreading throughout the squad is quite alarming, especially in the back five. In march, we couldn't give away a goal, even playing Evans who had no experience of first team, but with lots of confidence in the back five, he excelled. We need to settle down again, and start to work from the back. A few of the players we're quoted as saying they could rely so heavily on the back five, there was little need to track back and shut down, this is still happening in the midfield, and we ae getting caught out. The form must return quickly, or it could be a dissapointing season.

P.S - O'Shea out....Never been a Man Utd standard defender/midfielder/goalkeeper! We must replace him in the summer with an assured full back, and strengthen the central defence.
Aussies worth a listen 08:28am on 08 Apr 2009 I have backed Ogilvy e/w this week. He is playing really well with two wins this year already + he is leader of the 'fedex cup' points table.

Not sure what the point was of mentioning Tiger, If he came out saying "I'm the greatest, I will win by ten shots"....Then subsequently didn't, People could have a case to question his media skills.

Pietersen's gamble too far 09:38am on 08 Jan 2009 IPL? The ECB would never let him go and play in that....so he has taken the desicion out of their hands.

He's a big headed mug, MPV would have done the hounourable thing and kept his feelings under the press radar, to avoid the massive rift that has occured in the squad.

Not suprised, was sureley a matter of time wasn't it?

Haye much too hasty? 6:26pm on 15 Dec 2008 very good...i agree it could be too early, but he is exiting, because he has knockout punches in his hands, and can go down fairly easily too, but if he can land a big one early, he probably won't knock him out, but will almost certainly shake him, and put him on the back foot to attack.....probably a points decision, possibly a knockout.
Pietersen has the midas touch - for now 3:55pm on 26 Aug 2008 Aggers, Why can't you give the bloke some credit without waiting for his downfall? We need to get behind this captain, as he looks really enthusiastic about the team, and their chances against anyone.
