What an ignorant rant. Israel is not a member of the G20 and so is not even attending at Pittsburg, yet alone finding "a pride of place" at it.
Why does the BBC's moderator allow this anti-Israel and so probably also anti-Semitic rubbish through?

Three big picture objectives for the G20 6:15pm on 25 Sep 2009 Stephanie says that: "The Anglo-American backers of the new framework say it will be worth the paper it's printed on ... ". Erm, isn't that saying that it's only worth just about a penny more than "NOT worth the paper it's printed on"?
The expenses scandal - will it affect your vote? 10:36am on 15 May 2009 Let's not forget that our MEPs have been on a much more lucrative gravy train (than MPs) of fiddled expenses and employing family members at huge salaries. e.g. wives on £90,000 a year for trivial "secretarial" duties.
That's my real problem with voting in the EU elections. The encumbants are tainted and the challengers from fringe parties are loonies - some of them dangerously so.

Not to vote is to help the loonies. But voting rewards the corrupt. The situation is truly tragic.
Anger Night! 2:57pm on 27 Mar 2009 I am angry that the BBC does not realise that it already employs a man - PAUL MASON - that understands very well what is going wrong with the World economy, but it doesn't use his inputs on its peak time news programmes. Instead it uses the lame techniques of "explanation" effectively satirised in the BBC4 programme, Newswipes.

I am also angry that even on Newsnight, the anchors are all so 'artsy' in their own education and training that they cannot conduct a penetrating interview of any economist, scientist or engineer. Nor can they tell that when they have both a talent - such as the FT's Gillian Tett - and a clapped-out politician in the studio at the same time, sufficient weight needs to be given to the one that actually knows what she's talking about.

"Too many bank insiders have exploited their monopoly of information and the control it bestows on them, to enrich themselves by robbing their shareholders blind. There has been a spectacular failure of corporate governance. Boards have foresaken their fiduciary duties. Surely, even the liability insurance taken out by board members ought not to shelter those who are guilty of, at best, such willfull negligence and dereliction of duty? Where are the class actions suits by disgruntled shareholders? Where are the board members in handcuffs?

Now that there is no meat left on the shareholder drumstick, the rogue managers and employees are going after a piece of the really juicy bird - the ever-patient tax payer. I hope they choke on it."

Making sense of the Crosby case 9:18pm on 12 Feb 2009 I have myself been a whistleblower to the FSA. The company concerned was a very small fry compared to the likes of HBOS, but nevertheless it was responsible for grossly mis-selling millions of pounds of investments to the British public around the year 2001. I had extensive insider knowledge and went to some considerable trouble to table full evidence of wrongdoing by two FSA approved directors of this FSA regulated company. Nothing visibly practical was done by the FSA as a consequence of my whistleblowing. However, very recently one of the two has been barred from being a UK company director by the UK's Insovency Service.

I have to conclude from my own experience that the FSA ticks boxes and "expresses concerns", but is incredibly fearful of actually doing anything conclusive against people and organisations that are obviously 'dodgy'. Certainly it didn't seem fussed about acting in a timely manner.

In the case that I was reporting, a couple of out-and-out confidence tricksters (and their sidekicks) were allowed to go on trying to sell hopelessly flawed investments to the unsuspecting British public, using "boiler room" sales tactics long after the FSA had been fully informed about them.

He refers to Israel "committing outrageous genocides" and it being a "pariah state". This does not support the idea that inflamatory anti-Israel rhetoric is being supressed here. One the contrary, his misuse of the well defined term "genocide" here, is completely defamatory of Israel and the IDF and it really needs deleting by the moderator. It is obvious that war is ugly, but the purpose of the military action is to stop a daily rain of untargetted rockets on the inhabitiants of Southern Israeli towns by Hamas.

Is Obama's honeymoon really over already? 7:57pm on 02 Dec 2008 I took your advice and Googled 'Rahm Emanuel' and 'Zionist'. I wish I hadn't. Immediately, I found myself reading a rant on some Pakistani website (insaf.pk) about the Mumbai attack and how "Hindu Zionists" with a "Jewish mentality" were somehow responsible. The writer was from London! These people are sick.
