Over to you, Foreign Secretary 1:00pm on 30 Oct 2009 When will MacShane and Milliband, those graduates of the McBride school of smear, be publicly appologising to the Polish MEP Kaminski after their attempts to smear him as an antisemitic have been exposed as utterly false by the Chief Rabbi of Poland?

This was an attack by deception and smear over many months by both individuals, and for a British Foreign Secretary to make unprovoked attacks on a fellow member of the EU for petty party political gain should surely be grounds for his resignation if not dismissal.

Storm over Corfu 7:49pm on 23 Oct 2008 When are the BBC going to prove it is not bias and provide the detailed investigation into Mandelson's behaviour?

After the Kelly affair the BBC has now become the Goverment's Ministry of Truth ( the BBC inspired Orwell's MiniTruth in "1984") while NuLabour are in power they will follow the Brown/Mandelson/Cambell version of events and when the Tories take over then the Government Broadcasting Corps will follow their line or risk being broken up.

The coruption appear to be from top to bottom of GBC news.
Heroes to zeroes? 3:58pm on 04 Jul 2008 The number of MPs who lacked the courage even to vote on this issue should not be forgotten.

If they are not prepared to vote and so represent their constituents wishes in Parliment then they should resign. Brown included.
Heroes to zeroes? 1:44pm on 04 Jul 2008 We need to move to direct democracy and can get rid of our overpaid, self-serving and unrepresentative MPs. We can use referendums to decide on Bills before parliment, private members bills can be replaced by Bills raised by petitions that get enough support.

We can vote directly for our PM, who'll chose thier cabinet from the whole electorate rather than just MPs, while monthly meetings between the Cabinet, Mayors and Council Leaders will maintain local representation to the Government.
One year on... 12:27pm on 27 Jun 2008 "Team Brown curse their economic bad luck"

Great leaders make their own luck.

In other words incompetence blames bad luck for its failings while successfull leadership prepares as much as possible for the bad times as well as enjoying the good.

No sign from Brown of any planning for an economic downturn over the last 11 years. To blame global events misses the point that Brown should have put money aside for just such a possiblility.
