Paul, do you think that Liverpool's Benitez will, in 20 years, be lauded as one of the all time great managers? Up there with Paisley, Shankley and (dare I say it) Ferguson?

Otherwise, I would rate Paisley higher than Ferguson, but thats just me.
No doubt the people down the M62 will have differing opinions... :-)

Its not often I say this to (I presume) a Man United fan, but I couldnt agree more.

It doesnt matter how much money you have- if Man City won the league every year from the start of next season, they wouldn't overtake Man U until 2037, and liverpool till 2038.

Does anyone seriously think these owners will still own Man City then?
Big four toil as Celtic show spirit 4:04pm on 06 Nov 2008 Liverpool have played without Torres for a fair bit of this campaign and are currently in a position that even Hull would take! Seriously though, Liverpool are nowhere near as reliant on Torres as McNulty makes out. As for 2 earlier dodgy decisions, that penalty was the ref atoning for an earlier mistake.
