Not quite the full sorry 4:56pm on 12 Feb 2009 I suggest people start to organise into groups and start their own little communities, with their own cultivated piece of land, discuss how they are going to trade with each with their own version of money because as NeilBlogs said this is financial fiasco is a setup, but Neil is probably right, people will realise when it's too late and the trucks arrive to take us away to the gulags, and you can take that to the bank.

3. A copy of the contract signed by both parties and therefore binding both
parties.

I hereby give you fourteen (14) days to reply to this notice with a notice
sent using recorded post, and signed by the CEO under full commercial
liability and penalties of perjury, assuring and promising me that all of the
replies and details given to the above requests are true and without
deception, fraud or mischief.

Do you know what! they can't answer as the contract is unitary, only signed by you,
they can't show you a full accounting as the
so called debt was sold on to a third party,
and no CEO would sign a sworn affidavit because they know it's a fraud so they are not going to put their name to it. The so called contract is not legal. So there you have it, try it yourself, you will never get a reply to your notice.

THE REAL NEWS

The government do not represent the electorate but a relatively small group
of powerful and rich people who want to inherit the world and make slaves
of everyone who is left. In other words back to serfdom where all the poor ordinary, normal people belong.

PROVE ME WRONG!

It also seems that the BBC is complicit in
this endeavour by their total inaction on our freedoms being eroded by the day.

You are supposed to have the freedom to be our front line on defending our freedom and our democray, when in the hell are you going to start?

I am totally sick of the way this once great beacon of democracy is going and to be quite honest I am ashamed to be British and the laughing stock of the world who at one time used to look up to us for fairness and honesty.

I am not convinced that we humans have become sane enough to join together as one world unless it is forced upon us and it is my belief that this is occurring and getting very closer and closer by the day.

This latest episode is one such occurrence and there will be more unless we the people of the United Kingdom stand up for our freedoms and say enough is enough and we must do it now.

Nick I ask you now to grow some and start asking questions about our fears and the way this Country is being governed, after all you are a journalist and it's YOUR JOB.

Not only that but the government has to pay it back at interest.

All governments operate in bankruptcy, our courts are there only to extract money from us as they operate on Maritime law and not common law. Smoke, mirrors and deception is the name of the game.

Our police are just revenue collectors, because they all use statutes. Common law has been hidden from view and maritime law prevails in most Countries nowadays.

All our governments look out for the bankers and big business, and do not give a fig about the good hard working people despite what you hear them say on their propaganda arm the Beep.

The proof of that is what you see now, bail out the banks and sod you lot.

It's not the Lisbon Treaty we should be debating it's making this stinking European Union democratic. As it stands it's a dictatorship and the whole thing stinks to high heaven of Marxism.

The whole thing should be pulled apart and re-assembled into something that we can all learn to trust and work with, at present we can't trust anything it says and does and that's why you have this problem.

How about you start with a financial audit that can be signed off?

How about you stop wasting public money on little treats for MEP's and such like.

How about getting rid of the unelected commissioners?

How about proper debates about issues that effect us instead of a one minute say and then a hasty vote, no wonder we get stupid laws thrown at us that are totally unworkable and make no sense whatsoever.

The Irish have said no, accept it, that's the law, and it's no use saying oh Ireland is only a very small percentage of the EU! that's the point of voting. Your rules are 100 percent or it does not fly...so it does not fly, live with it.

The EU is a joke and I'm not laughing.
