Africa united! 4:45pm on 16 Aug 2008 I totally agree with Augustine, I was born in Lagos, Nigeria, but grew up in England, where there isn't even the same brotherhood feeling amongst the english, scots, welsh and irish. I think it has to do with history; warfare over the century. The same goes for Europe.
