A green inauguration? 4:44pm on 21 Jan 2009 As Bush term has come to an end I can't help to think that it is ironic that Smart2 and Toyota Priuses are the best selling cars in America. And that the hydrogen fuel-cell cara are available albeit in limited quantities. What is more ironic is the gas-guzzling SUVs like Hummers, and other SUVs have been shelved or 'temporarily' phased out by the Big 3 automobile giants. Thanks to high gas prices and "competition" that Big 3 are now solely focussed on small, fuel-efficient, and economical cars! Incredible! All that has been achieved without fictitious governmental regulations and at the time Kyoto protocol as we know has missed its mark completely, and is pretty much on a dead path. Will Obama revive Kyoto remains to be seen!
Obama's 'green dream' 00:20am on 23 Dec 2008 When Clinton was leaving the office America was high on the SUVs, the humvees etc etc. When Bush is leaving the office Prius, Smart2 are the best selling cars and the Humvees are going extinct! I wonder how did this CHANGE happened? YES WE CAN!
Obama's 'green dream' 7:43pm on 22 Dec 2008 How ironical that the article talks about humans insatiable appetite for the resources is the leading cause of the global warming while at the same time have the photo of Obama in golf clothing playing golf! For the dimwits, think for a minute how much resources does the golf course take up.
