Adebayor madness mars Man City win 00:36am on 14 Sep 2009 Why is Adebayor being cast as the villain in the celebration thing? It's not as if he ran up to their faces and taunted them. It's not his fault that football fans take the game seriously enough to get angry and upset because a player they don't like enjoyed scoring against them.
It doesn't take much to incite a bunch of morons does it?
Grown men who can't control their anger when watching a sport are the ones who should be ashamed, not someone enjoying a big moment in his career.
Is Twenty20 too much of a good thing? 5:58pm on 17 Jul 2008 This all reminds me of the bank adverts where the existing customers lose out because the only people the 'suits' are interested in are new customers.
Who cares about the fans of cricket from before the 2005 Ashes? It seems the new fans are having their desires catered for while the purists (for want of a better word) are left with less and less of what made the sport so great in the first place.
