On the Ropes - Andy Kershaw 10:38am on 28 Apr 2009 I too was looking forward to hearing this programme. Having been through the same sort of bad bad times as AK. I found I had to get used to the opinions people, even close friends and family, had formed during my absence...... absent from reality as well as physically....sorry if that's obscure, but AK & people who have been through this will relate. I'm just pleased I got through it, and now accept every day for what it is. I hope it will be re sceduled soon. Good luck to AK, a DJ I put in the John Peel bracket.
Should terror suspects be held for up to 42 days without charge? 11:51am on 11 Jun 2008 The MP spouting about 'getting your legs blown off' more scare mongering ! BUT--if that guy STILL thinks WTC1 WTC2 and Builbing 7 were blown up by 19 arabs controlled by a guy in a cave in Afghanistan, then god help the UK!!!
42 days?? Internment made matters much worse in N Ireland.
Get evidence and charge people! Simple eh?
Kiwis put England in a spin 9:31pm on 24 May 2008 A few things, random bits that have really been winding me up! Connect the dots, people! 1:- why are we harping back to 2005 ashes constantly?

2:- Trails are citing Vaughan as 'the man who knows how to beat Ponting'

3:- What an insult for Vaughan to say NZ are 'workman like'

4:- Oh, and when he sat in the dressing rooms in Aus in 2006/07 tour, why didn't he tell Captain Freddie how to 'beat Ponting'
5:- Batting today was Village Green from england, or should I say,'a workman like knock'??
