Stuttering start for Benitez 11:58am on 17 Aug 2009 It is the same silly, sad and potentially unnessary discussion that we have almost every week. If UEFA and FIFA would simply allow video technology then we would have the right decisions and nobody would be angry at the referee. FIFA and UEFA are completely out of touch with the needs of the modern game. When the technology is there, then we should make use of it.

Just give each team 2-3 opportunities each half to have a decision reviewed by use of tv pictures at the discretion of either the manager or the captain. It is utter nonsense to punish protesting players when a ref has made a clear mistake, instead it is much better to correct the mistakes.
Twists and turns of breakaway row emerge 1:04pm on 22 Jun 2009 It is high time for Max Mosley to either stand down or be shown the door. He is destroying F1 and a replacement is needed who will cooperate with the teams properly.
Why the Code's not it for Wada 7:08pm on 11 May 2009 WADA is on a disgraceful witchhunt against all the top athletes and I hope all athletes will fight for their right for privacy. The whereabouts rule is totally crazy and shows rather WADA's inability to discover doping. Test the athletes for doping before, during and after sports-events, but when they are not competing, leave them alone. It is not right to suspect everybody, because I am sure most athletes are clean. WADA should focus on improving their tests, instead of harassing all top athletes.
Why the Code's not it for Wada 5:06pm on 20 Feb 2009 The WADA rules are a disgrace to sport.

It is not right to treat all top athletes as criminals, because a few are cheats.

If the tests after the competitions aren't good enough, then they should improve the tests, but give the athletes some privacy and respect.
Can Birmingham, Reading and Derby bounce back? 11:07am on 07 Aug 2008 I expect Birmingham to win the championship this season. Reading, Wolves, Palace, Watford and Bristol will fight for second place and the play offs, but Derby will struggle to even make the play offs. A few other teams could challenge for the play offs, but I think it will eventually be among those teams mentioned.

I hope to see a new team make the Premier League, ie. Bristol. The city ought to have a PM team since it is the 7th biggest city in England.
