SPOTY 2009 starts to take shape 1:50pm on 03 Sep 2009 It has to be Mark Cavendish. He is the fastest bloke in the WORLD on a bike and won 6 stages in a single tour which is excellent. He also won the Milan-Samremo race which is a great achievment.

I think the only other 2 people who deserve it is Phillips Idowu and Tom Daley for their excellent efforts in the Olympics & the Worlds.

Time for England to trust Joe Cole 5:37pm on 08 Sep 2008 What i dont understand is why he doesent pick Ashley Young to start on the wing... Not as good as Joe Cole just yet but not far away! 17 assists last season which was second to fabregas! He is also better than Bentley and Downing!
