The death of Mr Reddy 06:03am on 05 Sep 2009 Soutik Biswas’ article on Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy is clearly a product of twisted mind. He seems to be enamoured by new economics. YSR as he is known to millions of people in Andhra Pradesh is ‘the saviour’ of the poor and the downtrodden. His novel scheme Arogyasri, a health insurance scheme, helped millions of poor people to secure timely medicare for themselves and for their dear and near and thus secure them a new lease of life.
While the people, cutting across caste and religious lines, pour out their grief ast the sudden death of their leader, Biswas is trying to manufacture a myth for the reasons best known to himself to tell the outside world that the grief is not real. Biswas, please shed your prejudices.

May I know when do you stop attending (taking part) in parties being thrown by rich and powerful like Mr N Chandrababu Naidu? Could it be that you are meeting him time and again only to pump out a colourful copy which is anyhow devoid of substance?
In Xanadu 10:29am on 05 May 2009 BBC seems to have become a fashion-conscious teenager of late. Otherwise how the BBC journalist were able to make such a (remarkable?) piece on Ramoji Rao. He is a wizard, no doubt,at spreading Goebbels propaganda. You should have asked him whether he had violated law in his once-thriving small fund business.

It is a shame that the developed countries refuse to intervene to end the dictators in Burma. India and China should exert pressure on Burma rulers to free the country from under the yoke of dictatorsip
