Benitez continues defiant approach 12:10pm on 11 Jan 2009 Great article again from you Phil, we have to wait and see who blinks first, Benitez or Fergie, I am one of the very few if not the only one, who thinks that Fergie is overated! why do I say that, Man utd for such a long time have been the richest club in the world and as such that could buy any player and thats why they have achieved what they have. Benitez managed to do that in Spain against the likes of Real and Barca. When Abramovich came on the scene Utd coudnt compete, lost out with Essien, couldnt win the title twice in a row! So really Fergie is not a genius. What did he achieve at Aberdeen?
