No point crying 4:48pm on 07 May 2009 Give Dave Bayliss/ Darren Sheridan a call at Barrow Gav. We'd love to have you here! We're semi pro but there's supposed to be a new training regime for next season and who knows I'm sure they'll be able to offer full time deals to a few players.
Staying level headed is so important 12:39pm on 29 Jan 2009 I'm a Barrow AFC fan and one of our managers (yes, we have two) publicly criticised our very professional and loyal captain Paul Jones recently saying that he'll have to work hard to get in the team as he'd just brought in a 20 year old (from Lge 2) on loan! How did he react? The only way Jonah knows and that was to give FOUR Man Of the Match performances in a row and force our player of the year from last season out of the side! LEGEND. No lesser word is befitting of this man! Jonah we salute you!

You are the saddest individual ever, no doubt you used to be "Dwightreaches4thesky". You must be soooo jealous of David Beckham it's untrue. The man is a true professional who has given his all for his clubs and country and you have to constantly slag him off and put him down to people because you think he's not world class etc etc. How does a player who came 2nd after Rivaldo in the World Player of the Year award TWICE not world class?!

He's earned over 100 Caps for one of the top 10 countries in the world. And lets not forget the amount of titles he's won in his club career and played a pivotal role in. Good luck to him I say!
