Goodness only knows what I'm going to listen to now - I know it won't be your replacement. He is far too excitable and shrill for Radio 2's morning show, and he's ruined Drivetime since taking over from Johnny Walker - I gave him a chance to convince me then, but no more.

The Scottish Parliament were given the authority to decide on justice matters. However, they were not given any Foreign Policy powers, and what they have failed to understand is the political repurcussions which would result from a matter of Scottish Justice. The decision may have been correct in legal terms, but not in terms of the "wider picture." By not taking all matters into account, they have shown they are not sufficiently experienced or worldly-wise to hold such authority. In all future such decisions, Westminster MUST be given the right of veto.
Phelps, Mellouli and the best swimmers in Europe 10:56am on 17 Aug 2008 Was Mallouli lucky to not be disqualified? I think he got out of the pool before the last swimmer finished, which I think is a "No, No". Can someone who is more knowledgable than me have a look and post on here whether (a) he did leave the pool too soon and (b) whether it is an offence.
I'm not seeking to distract from what was a great swim, but "Rules is Rules".
