Darling's big gamble 6:36pm on 24 Nov 2008 I can't see what other real choice he had. Opting to cross his arms and say "there's nothing we can do" would have been met with disastrous consequences. As with everything these days, we want results now and never prepared to wait.

Remind me some of the reason of the Credit crunch. Oh, yes. People spending beyond their means. hmm...
Full Feeds For BBC Blogs 7:49pm on 17 Jun 2008 Fantastic!! It may seem like a trivial change for those who don't read from RSS feeds, but this really is a valued change for me. Thanks for listening! Presumably this is a great way to keep the bandwidth charges down for the BBC - with fewer clicks to the full-graphic version of the pages (I used to read both the RSS and then click through, now i only will if there is a useful related link), so if this is a win-win, so much the better! Now I just need the blog comments in a feed! :-)
Westminster rumours 2:32pm on 12 Jun 2008 Whist many of his points may be valid, i cant help finding his statement shows an unstable and agitated man.. I hope he is ok..
