How do you illustrate the absence of God? 2:22pm on 12 Mar 2009 The first comment above (from mrFunction) seems like a good idea. Put out program titles and any blurb, and let users submit photos (which they have the rights to submit) to be used for that show.

Cheap to do, and gets users involved, and brings up coming programs to people's attention.

Darling blends a tax backlash 6:06pm on 26 Nov 2008 The rise in duty is not an 'offset'.

It would be an offset if it was temporary, like the VAT reduction it is meant to be offsetting.

Look at the last sentence here.
"As set out in more detail in Chapter 5, alcohol and tobacco duties will be increased
to offset the effects of the temporary reduction in VAT. Maintaining these increases after
December 2009 will further support fiscal consolidation."

Strictly Message Board: What Happened Update 5:26pm on 21 Nov 2008 You should have gone for option 5:
"delete entire Strictly Come dancing website plus message boards. Replace with note suggesting people do something else instead. Moderators go down pub and have a nice beer"

Under the iPlayer hood for radio 2:35pm on 27 Jun 2008 "we'll be encoding everything within Broadcasting House". I love this sort of stuff. One question: I know that Radio 1 (and 1xtra) and Radio 2 (and Radio 6) are all based outside of Broadcasting house. Do these stations feed their output on to Broadcasting house and then on to the rest of the world?
