Liverpool top, but for how long? 2:30pm on 02 Dec 2008 #20 million + for Robbie Keane, where on earth did that come from? Class proven? History records is more appropriate. Something is going wrong here. OK, top of the table but more through luck than good management. Even SG is misfiring. We are relying on one player? Torres? We are Liverpool Football TEAM for gawds sake. 11 players plus subs plus reserves and from what I/we are seeing THE Team [whole] is not functioning nor performing. Liverpool are famous for playing good football, CONSISTENTLY but during the past few years consistency is and has been what is missing. I'm sure it can be worked on but please Raffa, use the talent you have and stop being emotional. Babel should have been on, drop Keane until he regains confidence.
British cyclists lay down marker 4:45pm on 15 Aug 2008 Right on GSWARBRICK ~ which dumplin head at the BBC decided to show us once again Lady Madonna's ice vest rather than pure sport. When are the Producers of Sports issues going to realise that celebrities and primas don't count and that sport and sporting events and there exposure to educate and excite is far more important. Read the blog for goodness sake and realise that performances were influenced by youngsters watching years ago and having a dream to emulate.
