Fixing the Have Your Say fault 9:50pm on 01 May 2009 HYS going down for a few days is probably the best thing that could have happened in the over-hyped climate of swine flu reporting. Perhaps some people will take the 'enforced' spare time to get a sense of proportion.
A new format war? 7:25pm on 27 Apr 2009 They may well be useful for archival, although the media will need to be shown to be highly stable.

Also, fwiw, 1TB disks are already available from the Israeli company Mempile, with 5TB disks in development, apparently.
