Tough times for Keane 9:41pm on 27 Sep 2009 When the going gets tough, Keane gets going.

He seems to believe that intimidating his players will get the best out of them...it doesn't.

With the resources available to him, he should have bought more wisely.

Its the same old signings with him, Players he has already worked with, youngsters from United that he believed to have talent and the odd Irishman.

Crowd trouble club-by-club 1:16pm on 26 Aug 2009 Disgusting behaviour by a small minority of West Ham and Millwall fans. I won't label all of them as bad, as many people seem to do with my team, Cardiff.

Lucky neither team was a Welsh club as people would be calling for them to be chucked out of the league.

Is Owen still worth a gamble? 2:10pm on 15 Jun 2009 Owen, sadly, is well past it. He used to be quick, hard-working, clinical and full of desire for the game. He now has none of these qualities and as an effect he should no longer be commanding such a hefty salary.

It seems to me as if he gives more time to outside interests such as horses and houses.

In fairness to Owen he came onto the scene as a 17 year old and has been playing at the highest level for over 12 years now, so it is no wonder he is spent at 29. I wish him luck for who ever he joins, if he fancies a pay-as-you-play deal at Cardiff, he would be most welcome!!

I agree with the fan that stated you are the only club to have gotten worse under the control of a billionaire.

The thing is, in the Championship too you should be able to walk this league with the right signings and appointments. Briatore should keep his beak out of team selection and allow the manager to pick and sign who he sees fit.

A case of Briatore appointing a 'Yes' man me thinks. None of the big-name managers would stand for it, especially at this level.

What on earth has happened to Michael Owen!? It was only last night that I realised just how bad he has become. No pace, bad touch, poor finishing. He simply looks finished.

Surely this will be the biggest club he ever plays for again and wouldn't it be fair to say his England career is well and truly over?

An amazing example of someone that started at such a blistering pace at such a young age and has simply been burnt out by it all.
