Apologies for my absence form the blog only this new layout is not liked by my work pooter and I am having some discussions with the BBC as to why this is as it was working fine and dandy prior to the change over.

Still I am at home for a little while before I go off to collect my new (to me) motorhome from Wiltshire. This purchase was not planed but welcome all the same.

I see Hazel is not well! I am sending my love to La Love and have to say that if I could make her better I would! ;-) And a great bug {{{HUG}}} just coz I can! x-x-x Now that made me feel better so it should her as well.. :-))

Since when did Col Gaddafi... 8:12pm on 16 Jul 2009 Bridge, I know you are right that quite a few people may well have been having problems today, I still took it rather personally, not like me to have a grump, must be something in the air. LOL

I have now fully recovered from my triathlon thanks and have even started training for my next one on Sep 6th in the Cotswolds. I really must be mad! ;-)

I know frustrating or what! I must have tried to post 4 times today and almost started swearing at the poor pooter. LOL Still it seems to be sorted now, at least until I try from work again tomorrow. ;-)

Since when did Col Gaddafi... 3:01pm on 13 Jul 2009 Crumpy, still not quite sure as there were several places running sponsor forms on my behalf which the Hospice are collecting in for me. I am having a meeting with them this week, hopefully so to do a little piece for the local rag again. I am hoping for 3-4 hundred pounds. ;-)) Quite happy with that thank you all once again! x-x-x

telegraph_road I am sorry you are upset over your posts being removed. I did not had the opportunity to read the posts before they were removed so I am unable to comment as to the content contained in them. The blog police (moderators) are the ones who will decide whether or not your post should be included or excluded. Obviously this is what happened then they alone will decide if the content is had broken any of the house rules! May I suggest you try to contact them (good luck though as they are rather illusive) to discuss any problem they may have with your contributions?

I trust you are all well and those who ventured to Brum have mow fully recovered? Reading all of the posts you did seem to have had a great time! Be warned though I will appear at one of these bloggers meets one day! ;-)

I have had a very nice weekend playing golf so I am a little stiff (behave) today. If the rain stops long enough I may venture out on my bicycle for a few miles. I am playing golf on Wednesday in the reading area again so I am keeping my fingers crossed for fine weather.....not looking good though. Strong winds which for me are my worst nightmare on the course. Still it is better than working!

KW good on you mate! I have subscribed a few pounds to help the cause.
