i said Watson should win the overseas personality award-not the actual main award.

he should win it because to TIE FOR THE OPEN at two months short of his 60th birthday was the greatest individual achievement by a sportsman i have ever seen.

my argument is the way "CC" is reported on the BBC-The corporation are ramming this subject down peoples throats morning, noon and night-when was the last time an indepth report about crime or education was featured on the ten o clock news-but climate change-there is a weekly now almost daily report from somewhere-

the more the Corporation goes on about this-the less people will believe

less is more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How you can possibly defend ANY ASPECT of Mugabes Rule is laughable

my sole concern is the amount of money the BBC waste sending presenters/editors/producers here there and everywhere at basically my expense. we do not need an army of people in south africa with the ever expanding expense accounts to cover the world cup draw. we need probably 3 or 4 people to cover it for tv & the same for radio.

if Derbyshire is one of these 3 or 4 radio people then yes let her broadcast from Zimbabwe. if not THERE IS NO REASON HER BEING THERE-NO REASON AT ALL

i wouldnt have a problem with Derbyshire doing the show from Zimbabwe IF SHE WAS ONE OF SAY 2 OR 3 PEOPLE sent over to cover the football draw. but we all know that wont be the case

the BBC is unbelivable when it comes to this sort of thing-its about time they were FORCED to cut down on the number of these free jollies

whereas the BBC are totally obsessed by it

and a one sided view at that
Copenhagen Countdown: 17 days 09:37am on 26 Nov 2009 and of course the main headline on BBC news last night was the fact Obama is going to turn up at this conference (for some not all of the agenda)in Copenhagen in 2 weeks time

would an American President turning up for a conference on any other subject other than climate change for an event scheduled for 14 days hence even register on BBC NEWS-OC COURSE IT WOULDNT

THE WAY THIS SUBJECT IS REPORTED ON THE BBC IS NOW COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS-

the more the corporation rams this issue down peoples throats-the less people believe the completely biased reports anymore

climate change is important and would by in most fair minded people top 10 issues. but people are more worried about jobs, their kids education,crime, immigration. but the way the Corporation report climate change-you would think nothing else mattered

IT DOES !!!!!
