It's natural for any Broadcaster to ask more questions of the party in power. It's not the BBC's fault that SNP (particularly the cyber nats on here) are unable to cope with that.

Truth hurts doesn't it. The SNP will not deliver a single new school by the end of their term in office. All they will manage is to complete those started under the previous Labour/Lib Dem Government.

So far the SNP has managed to commission 14 new schools, but hang on a minute, that word commission means they haven't been built yet! Oh, and whilst I'm at it, they won't be complete until 2013... after the next election... so exactly how many new schools will the SNP deliver in this parliament's lifetime? The answer is a BIG FAT ZERO. The money for the commissioned schools isn't even coming from the SFT - it has now strangely changed into an 'advisory board'.

There's a reason it's called a free press, they can pretty much report what they like (as long as they don't break any laws) and can be as biased or unbiased as they like. That's hardly Brian's fault!

However, it is interesting that none have come out in support of the SNP. Mind you that's probably something to do with the fact that the SNP are still a single issue party who promise the Earth but actually deliver nothing.

What utter rubbish! The SNP withdrew from the Scottish Constitutional Convention as they didn't want any part in it. Scotland gaining devolution owes absolutely no thanks to the SNP.

It was the Labour administration that delivered.

The Labour Party manifesto in May 1997 promised several actions to "modernise" the constitution.

Of these, the most constitutionally significant pledge was for devolution in Scotland and Wales.

Labour delivered on this promise and legislation has since been passed setting up devolved assemblies in Scotland and Wales.

Time to explore Singapore 12:59pm on 28 Sep 2009 As ever an excellent blog Jake. Not sure what to make of the Singapore GP though. It's certainly a great spectacle under the floodlights, but the lack of overtaking made for a less that exciting race.
