From the NHL to Altrincham 7:04pm on 27 Oct 2009 Great to see ed still playing and doing well.

back in the late 90's he was absolute class for the steelers, and just seemed to cruise around the ice, brushing defenders aside with ease and always bagging important goals, and this is coming from a panthers fan.

It was great to watch Ken Priestlay, Courtenay, and players like Jamie leach play for the steelers but Tony Hand was always the best. I always think that if he'd managed to stay in North America a bit longer when he was young he would have been a superstar.
The new Adam Gilchrist? 12:36pm on 01 Jul 2009 I saw a large amount of Brad Haddin over the aussie summer and he is going to struggle with the gloves. Styles aside, he is a carbon copy of Prior in terms of consistency with the bat and gloves, i.e. good batsman, poor keeper. He's going to put down some important chances just like Prior, but i would expect haddin to be a slightly better bat.

As for who Marsh would pick for england, it's Chris Read.
