What did you think of the show? Guest: Rick Stein 7:23pm on 15 Jul 2009 Farmed fish have to be fed on something, and in the majority of cases the farmed fish are fed on, guess what, caught fish!
So when you eat farmed fish, you are eating even more wild fish.

Please go and see the film 'The End of The Line' as it explains the situation really well.

I have been vegetarian for 25 years, and that means fish and all sea food apart from occasional seaweed (I've only had this a few times, yuk!). You do not have to eat fish to be healthy, it is just an extra. There is no NEED to eat fish and seafood, when you do, you are indulging in a purely selfish act, at the expense of the wild oceans.

You can eat healthily on vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts, beans, grains, flowers, sprouting seeds and marmite! If you like fish, have it as a treat a few times a year.
