Do you believe we should send more British troops? 11:21am on 14 Jul 2009 We are in a hole digging and sadly this will continue whilst we have an incompitent government, sadly I feel that they don't know what to do. I also hate the thought that when this is eventually over we will have Afghanistan people here sueing the government for whatever reason their human rights lawyers can dream up. Its getting so hard to be British and to welcome others to our shore, we know that they will turn and bite the hand that feeds them.
Do you believe we should send more British troops? 10:27am on 14 Jul 2009 There is no point in sending more troops in unless we allow them to finish the job properly with the right equipment. I think that the first job would be to burn the poppy fields thus preventing the enemy to use the drug money to buy equipment' okay the farmers would squeal, let them. If we fed them for a year whilst food crops grow we would have done our duty.Our main concern is not the governments ego trip or hearts and minds, it is to bring our soldiers home safely.
Life under a control order 12:59pm on 13 Jul 2009 Oh please, to compere being tagged in the UK with Burma is stupid to say the least. The wretched man has a roof over the head of him his wife and children, they are being fed and have a mealy mouthed lawyer, all paid for by the British taxpayer.He can leave Britain any time he wants to, and the sooner the better. I just wish that he could take the civil rights lawyers and bleeding hearts with him.
Life under a control order 10:56am on 13 Jul 2009 Britain is not a free holding station for people disaffected with their own countries. Our country is overcrowded and oversubsribed. Send them home before they have more children and more benefits.
Actually if benefits were stopped no one would want to come and the parasitic lawyers would also leave. Annia
Life under a control order 10:40am on 13 Jul 2009 He has been here since 2005, time to have three kids but hasn't bothered learning English. We can't afford him, or his expensive lawyer, let him go elsewhere. He is obviously on benefits, please send him home. Annia
