Video Bay: A young YouTube? 00:19am on 30 Jun 2009 I think the music business should do something about "booking fees" for concert tickets - now that is daylight robbery, never mind piracy.
Uh-oh - that's torn it 00:28am on 19 Jun 2009 Tom, I'm a 40 something ex club runner, if you are ruled out of this event or not sure if you can do it I would be prepared to have a go at getting fit and doing a blog for it as your reserve. Bear in mind I am several years out of training and would have to give up my other hobbies (well, drinking, mostly) and my only real exercise programme at the mo is chasing loose women (occasionally I catch one). Also I look like someone who was kicked out of Guns n Roses in the 1990's, so a bit of an old rocker, but reasonably shaped for a decathlon. As for the hamstring and the training in general I would take lots of creatine, but don't mix creatine and beer as it will make you want to give up training and chase loose women (I must point out this is a bit of friendly advice and not an advert for creatine, nor for beer, or for loose women!)
