Let the users choose which home page they see, like it was before the change.

How difficult would it be to have us customize our international page to select the content from the UK home page, not just a few snippets? As a developer of dynamic web sites, like BBC.CO.UK, I can assure you and your readers that what you are being told by your technical folks is total bunk.

I guess the great and powerful BBC has decided to exert it's control over its users and decreed that international users shall not see the UK home page.

Laughable.
Changes to international pages 5:07pm on 13 Jun 2009 So what was wrong with us people outside they UK having an option to view the UK home page or the International home page? Did it really hurt the BBC to give us that option?

As a citizen working overseas it was nice to see the UK home page by default along with news from my local area but the BBC thinks this is BAD and that I should be made to click through many links to get what I want to see!

Is it a control thing or just another way to waste license payers money changing a feature that was not broken.
