Guess who? 5:01pm on 18 Dec 2009 Betsan the HYS on the Sustainable Development Commission report on the Assembly was shut down early you might want to ask at these times what buying 85% of electricity from "green energy" at the assembly does, apart from raise costs. It may seem 'Green' to do so but under UK emissions regulations you can only count it as a reduction in emissions if you generate yourself on site, I know there is at times a lot of air at the Bay but not enough for generating that much energy.

The Assembly can provide a lead to renewable energy generation by providing that extra funding paid, in grants to individuals or groups to put actual renewable generation systems at their buildings (once they have done the other less costly and easy options to reduce energy use) not put it into the pocket of wealthy energy companies, who can sell that energy to gullible supermarkets who think they are being green by doing it.

Are you by any chance related to an MP? are employed within an MP's office? and do the tax part time? did any of them claim on their allowance for your service?
I suspect you got renumerated so therefore have an interest in perpetuating myth that MP's have their own branch of HMRC with different rules and tax codes.

The same applies to others who want to nail bankers whatever, if they were drug dealers and the recipients of their product are drug users most on here want both punished, the same cannot be said of bankers who provided a product, users abused that financial product by taking out loans for lifestyle changes, homes they could not really afford, but want to get away scot free, with no blame, as does the biggest user of these products the current government who gave no thought to actually paying their borrowing, budget gone from £370 billion to £650 billion over 10 years, a sound surplus gone and know a defecit equal to 13 % of GDP, nobody made the government borrow the money, they were happy to take the tax from the financial sector.
