Goodwin: The final pension sum 06:55am on 19 Jun 2009 I don't fully know the in's and out's of this....not sure that I care to. However, let's move on - this man is not the ENTIRE cause of the problems on his own although some might enjoy blaming it on him. A symptom he is, part of the cause possibly, but entirely responsible - sadly no. Look further, he is merely another scapegoat.
The prime minister is safe - for now 05:57am on 09 Jun 2009 So we now have a 'safe' powerless, emasculated Prime Minister who cannot (or will not) be able or allowed to make any decisions without dire threat to his loose tether of "leadership". Not a good position for him or the country. Roll on the General Election - what more harm can he do in 10 months after all???!!!
Labour's long night of painful firsts 03:32am on 08 Jun 2009 Good grief - how much more can Gordon ignore??? There is arrogance and there is blind stupidity! Surely either option isn't an appropriate stance for an unelected leader of our country. He MUST be feeling a little insecure by now.....(and rightly so as far as I am concerned).

I do not think that the majority of British voters are "largely a product of chav, dumbed down thinking;" although some may be. It is called 'democracy' and, whilst not recently apparent in UK politics, it is a system that works and should be respected! A General Election would be a step in the right direction....
