The unknown soldier 2:49pm on 09 Oct 2009 A man is mugged ,the police turn up ask a couple of questions,he is stunned
blood on shirt, dazed looking,the police offer to give him a ride around the block to to see if he could spot his attacker ,off he goes ,5 minuets,
later they are back [no luck ]the officer in charge said sorry we could not see him,and your ok then ,

At this point i told the victim he had the right to make a statement ,
at the station about the attack ,and he should go to hospital to get checked over,

as i walked to my car someone whistled behind me ,i payed no attention,
then it was [OY YOU ]YES IT WAS THE OFFICER IN CHARGE ,
then he prceeds to to tell me i should mind my own %%%%%%g business,
As[ i could come unstuck ]:

The unknown soldier 2:30pm on 09 Oct 2009 politicians coming up with stories to that cant be proved ,is as common as a price hike,what you should be worried about is police policy of recruiting ex service personel as cpo,s ,i had an experience that would
make you shudder ,this cpo was 6ft3 he was overbearing,threatening,
And it was quite clear the incident was going to escalate to the point ,
Where he was going to get violent ,

the incident was over a PARKING TICKET given to me in a place where there
were no signs or marks on the kerb ,i displayed my disabled badges,
i even asked a wpc if it was ok to park there ,
I did not swear or raise my voice ,the trigger point came when i said i am going to appeal and could i have his number,
he totally lost it demanded my name /address and said i can arrest you,
at this point i said to my wife get in the car ,as iv had 2 spine operations i could NOT afford even to be pushed ,
as i got in the car he jumped infront of it ,got on the radio and shouted for back up for [this suspect] i reved the motor put it in drive ,he jumped out of the way ,and i drove of ,

I was not chased or stopped and no officer came to my door,

i did report the incident the result =an officer not qualified to take the complaint /the officer in charge of CPO,S thought an apology would be ok,and a female officer who was qualified to take the complaint ,
said [we saw it on cct and he did not look good ]
And he is leaving the force,concusion,the police made it as difficult as possible/the chief officer lied /the complaint went in the shredder /
and the CPO IS STILL ON DUTY TO THIS DAY,

Are 'broken families' responsible for 'Broken Britain'? 10:48am on 04 Sep 2009 what do kids have to look forward to ,everybodys a genius at exams,only because the schools dont want to loose finacial incentivs/there are no jobs
universitys,s will put you in serious debt, what used to be your peers have been found to be filling their pockets with public money the list is endless,

i grew up in the 60,s i had a broken home ,i had 2 spells inside came out
got married that crashed but i everything i could to keep and look after my kids,i lost jobs ,but did everything i could to make sure they grew up straight ,with an understanding of cause and effect to others,
it was hard ,i did not want them to have the start i did:

Are 'broken families' responsible for 'Broken Britain'? 10:21am on 04 Sep 2009 they call us the dustbin of europe we come last in everything /health/wages /you name it we the brits are there,a big part of this is that we are so taxed you have to have 2 jobs just to make ends meet,we have the highest price for petrol/diesel/ gas /electric/water/companies can hike the price 30/40 % comunity charges here are a joke [check them out in france/spain /germany,they get a lot more for the money,
with everybody to busy working who is looking after the kids!
child care is to expensive and the police only come out after some ones ,
been killed ,then nobody see,s them till the next time,

all of this enviroment adds up to YOU HAVE TO GROW UP FAST,
this is why a lot of kids go off the rails ,there,s nothing to look forward to :

It is a sad reflection on sociatey when the gov/the police and the council,
are your worst enemy!

Iv, been on the planet a long time [61 years ]with the brain of an 18 year old,
seen a lot over the years ,but one one thing i do not like is being watched by the state /police/ council/,

on route eto another town there are noumerouse cameras ,so i put the visor down as they have those cams on the [DARK BLUE POSTS], YES I KNOW THEY HAVE THE CAR AND PLATE,they just dont have my face,
then i went out and bought some sunshades for the car ,well to stick on the front side windows ,i already them on the side = rear,
I am going to fit smoke glass visors [we used to have them in the 60,s/70,s they have not banned them yet, problem is the number plates
there is a product on the market that works ,but how far can you drive befor its flagged up [not to far [npr] will flag and then track ,then ,
plod will pull you over then you must be worth a look realy good look, because sunshades /tinted visors/and plates that a camera cant read,
oh i forgot you know that little bar code on your tax disc take one roll of opauqe tape cut a small piece same size as the barcode and stick it on = the high def cams cant read though foggy tape .

Paranoia is a hightened awareness of things happening around you,
as for cameras vs more plod ,the cam is a health and safety dream,
it dont get drunk off duty,it dont want a paycheck every month/
it likes to stay on duty where it is /it dont do,dinner breaks /teabreaks/
it dont a sicki/or holidays /it dont need a pension /or a house or flat/

jesus im starting to like these little guys allready, I THINK I NEED HELP

In hertfordshire on the m1 the police had some cameras stolen i believe it was about 15,the thing is these cams are on massiv towers,you would have to be very well equiped ,to climbe up remove it ab it down + your self and get away,
begs the question when a camera fault logs up how long is it to investigate it/having done that how long to replace it ,
having had so many removed , on one stretch indicate A/SOMEONE IS GREEDY ,
B/SOME ONE DOES NOT WANT SOMETHING OR SOMEONE SEEN]

why is it there is little or no pulicity about thefts such as these,
how many cams have been stolen or damaged,

where i live some one damaged one and it took 3 months to replace/repair
it.
Oops 10:26am on 27 May 2009 THE GREAT GAS BLAGG
We moved into a 2 bed bunglow recently ,from a 3bed house ,And when we stand by the back door in the morning,we noticed that both neighbours
had boiler vents going like a steam boat,when we spoke to them about the gas bills ,they both said unrepeatable things [one was £600 =winter quarter]
I waited untill we had the first bill [yes it was high] and we have an open fire[free wood] AND NOTICED THAT WHEN THE BOILER FIRED UP ,IT WENT WHOOF,i thought that it was a bit strong,it had been servised,
as i used to work on boillers [gas and electric] years ago ,
so i striped it down and checked it out ,the result was it had been set up to heat a 4bed house [we had all of the paperwork + the manuel]
this was corected complete with flue check and checks for co2,
the result was the next bill was £65.00 cheaper !

the point is how many houses have mallset boilers it must run into millions, ergo wasted gas and money,

our boiler now sounds nice and quiet and runs smoothly ,the water is just as hot ,same for the radiators ,the bill is not so big though

Is it me or do others think the same,
electric companys send you a bill for what they think you have used[they have not read the meter] somebody [we dont know who] said you will pay this ammount ,its more than you have used ,the general policy with the companys seems to be [it will be deducted of your next bill[sounds a good deal to me] NO I DONT THINK SO ,direct debit = if you dont have it [YOUR BILL WILL BE HIGHER] why if i buy anything on the net they dont charge you for the bill its part of the cost of selling a product!

british management are the same as the MP,S [we can get away with anything ,tell em anything they will belive it,
[THE PRICE OF OIL WENT UP SO WE WILL PUT UP GAS BY 40% THEN WHEN IT GOES DOWN BY 50% WE WILL PUT OUR PRICE DOWN BY 10% ,WHO DOES THE MATHS FOR THIS!

dont read the meters,estimate it ,= when we over estimate WE HAVE THE MONEY for 12 weeks we will have the interest on it ,the customer will not,

Even if they only overcharged us £10 a bill x the customer base say 1million =£10,000000 , x 4 quarters in a year ,then your into a lot of wedge,

why does not this happen in germany because, they have policys with teeth =the type that would tear you a new one,unlike good old brittain
where we have ruber sharks [look good, exceptionly well paid, loads of paper work ,[BUT COULD NOT BITE A CHEESE SANDWICH ]

And dont we know it ,southern water give you a prepayment book [fixed rate of payment ,we have a meter over 2 quarters [not long moved in ]
we acumerlated £100 of credit,so after a phone call pointing out this is a fixed payment ,they gave us a lower rate of payment and a cheque for £66.00 allowing some for the next bill[result]
In a few months we are having a rainwater system put in ,
= some pipeing 2 water butts and a pump,this will save quite a bit,

With gas/ water /electric read your meter the day you get the bill,
phone the company and tell them what it is,they will then have your patten of consumption ,this will help them to understand your consuption
and bill you accordingly ,it also stops them from getting to fat to soon,
