How do you deal with noisy neighbours? 7:24pm on 19 May 2009 A few years ago my highly respectable mid-sixties neighbours decided to make my family's lives hell by playing their radio full blast from 4am in the morning. The Council were hopeless and refused to act. I kept a log of all the incidents and with the help of the very friendly staff at my local magistrates court took out a private prosecution. I represented myself at the hearing although they had a barrister. I just told the truth and the magistrates believed me. They were both found guilty and we haven't heard a peep out of the since. Power to the people !!
