Will promised reform be delivered? 11:29am on 17 Dec 2009 The two top stories on the BBC News front page at this moment are:-
'50 MP's to fight expenses repayment'
'UK Soldiers died saving lives'
And that, believe me, sums up the state of this nation.
Badly paid heroes giving their lives to save others, greedy, venal politicians concerned only with getting the last ounce out of the swill trough.
They sicken and revolt me and most of the population.
Why's Gordon smiling? 11:10am on 03 Dec 2009 Since the Conservatives are now bound by their unholy alliance with Murdoch et al to carve up the BBC, whilst Labour regard the Corporation as still worth preserving, any post, on any blog, by any BBC employee is, from this moment until the election going to be deeply partisan and tainted by self-interest.
One more heave 11:23am on 02 Dec 2009 Pour more troops in, to make it easier and quicker to leave.
This is the same strategy as that used in Vietnam.
But let's not worry. I am sure that the MOD will find enough helicopters to fly our diplomats off the embassy roof in Kabul.
There must be helicopters and they certainly aren't being used to protect our troops.

Sorry Zydeco but I think you'll find that Big Brother has made them compulsory. The EU is banning the manufacture and use of ordinary bulbs, starting with the 100W variety.
Expect someone round from the thought police peering through your window and slapping an, 'Excess Lumins', fine on you any time soon.

In showing clearly that MP's from all parties are venal, grubby, swill-trough wallopers, it has deflected attention from the catastrophic mismanagement of the country carried out by Labour alone.
The electorate do hate this government but they do want not just economic but moral, clear blue water, in the next government.
