A European team for the 'noughties' 9:49pm on 21 Dec 2009 A very good team but personally I would pick less flair players. I dont really see enough of the foreign players to include them so my team is more premiership but I think my team of the decade would do ok after a few games together. High Determination

Shearer and Van Nistelrooy up front. No messing about just put the ball in the net. Would definately have Beckham if those two were up front. Just cross the ball in the box and one of them will score. A couple of big hard box to box midfielders and good wide men. Beckham to cross from deep and Giggs to get to the byline. Given never makes a mistake. All english back four. No communication issues.

Benitez under spotlight after Champions League exit 2:29pm on 25 Nov 2009 It makes me wonder what redknapp or moyes or o'niell would have done with 200 million and 5 years at a club like liverpool. Benitez spent more than evertons entire transfer budget on a player with a long term injury who has a history of serious injuries, Sold tottenhams captain back to them at a loss of millions without even giving him a chance and somehow failed to sign another striker even though Michael Owen (a kop legend) was availible on a free. Benitez's transfer policy has been poor and judging by the Alonso move and ryan babel's recent comments he is very poor at man management also. Are Liverpool better now than when benitez took over?

Comedy football awards of the season 08:43am on 10 Jun 2009 I thought the Ulrika and kaka comment was supposed to be her name would be Ulrika Kaka as in Ul-rik-a-ka-ka (you'll reek of poo) maybe i got it wrong but i dont understand the response to post 13 in post 14. what is iranu?
