DVLA removing licence entitlements 7:41pm on 27 Apr 2009 I lost my bike licence after losing it in a shredder! It came back without my bike bit on it. After a complaint i still got nowhere! I passed in 1983 so I have no records of the original pass certificate as i was a scrawny 19 year old and sent it in and never got it back!

DVLA = rubbish customer service!
