Tuesday, 24 November 2009 9:59pm on 24 Nov 2009 Aye i knew it was too good to be true regarding Lenny, a leopard doesnt change its spots.The hooly was grand just the ticket to cheer up the folk in Shielinch.Raymond and Jimmy did a good take off of Francie and Josie they looked so funny together, that wigs were hillarious.Innis deserved that smack it taught him a lesson as he was fair upsetting Charley.Magaret is a lovely person and i really think its time she did get the chance to let her hair down and enjoy herself.That was a really good idea to get the ceileigh going everybody enjoyed themselves and a good time was had by all.I really hope her and Joe do get together,i know he would be good for her confidence. If it had been left to Eileen i think it would have been really boring shes no the life and soul of a party and not everyone likes to listen to Daniel o Donnell or the Alexander Brothers. Not that theirs anything wrong with them,but theirs a time and a place.A ceileigh is a live band, dancing, a dram, food and a good old hoolie thats what its all about.And Scotts song was lovely what a lovely singer he is and he looked really smart in his kilt.Its great that him and his mum have got closer he is so protective of her as she is of him.Looking forward to next week and Lydia is going to be furious that Lenny wants to renew his vows in their marraige.Can he no take a telling and realise that its definately over with Lydia and him.Yes it would have been good if he had helped Dunny and put him on the straight and narrow but as i said Lenny will never change, but i could be wrong.
Dear Senga - My Boss Is My Dad! 00:07am on 23 Nov 2009 Dear H.I can imagine how devastated you are about your boss being your dad.But just think how hard its been for him knowing that you were his daughter and not being able to be your dad.The truths out now and things are so different now that you have found out, but some good can come out from this.Its not that you dont like your boss/dad he has been good to you and very helpful and caring and even took you on to work for him.You have been given a chance to really get close to him now as a daughter and really get to know each other better.lifes too short to be angry.Obviously you have a lot of questions to ask Gordon and im sure he will answer them all in time.Main thing is you have found your real dad and i can imagine how upset you must feel but this is a great oportunity for you to spend quality time with him as your dad and to spend quality time with you as his daughter not his employee.As for the others i wouldnt worry about it,its you that matters not them, its youre life.
Tuesday, 17 November 2009 11:42pm on 22 Nov 2009 Just watched River city today and fair enjoyed it.Scarlet did a really good job talking to the folk in the Community Centre about being unable to read and write.She made folk who were in the same situation realise that their was nothing to be worried about and their are other folk in the same position and help is out their.Poor Haley, but at least the truths out now and Gordon can be more open and closer to her now she knows that Gordons her dad.Its true what they say theirs two sides to every story and im really glad that Haleys mum told her the truth about Gordon and gave him the chance to sort things out with his daughter.Im glad that Eileen now realises that Murray is only trying to help and is treating him better.But i think Gina and Murray would be really happy if they got together and not Eileen.I think Gina really likes Murray and its time Gina had some happiness in her life.Looking forward to next weeks episode looks really good.Brilliant story lines, brilliant acting.
Children In Need - Video and Photos 11:10pm on 22 Nov 2009 Really enjoyed the sketch it was so funny and so good of the cast to do something to raise money for Children in Need.Every year they have something for raising awareness for Children in Need.The song they did a few years ago everybody needs somebody was brilliant and really well done.They do a fantastic job raising money for Children in Need and they work really hard.Well done guys,looking forward to next year.
Tuesday, 10 November 2009 1:17pm on 13 Nov 2009 Hi coolcrazymaisy here.Just wanted to say that i wish i was on their pay roll and i apologise about my bad grammer and spelling mistakes.I am a dedicated River City fan and have been for years, and i admit im not good at grammer or spelling but a lot of that has to do with my illness as i am unemployed due to a chronic illness and disability.I apologise for putting in such a long comment about River city but i just want to say how much i enjoy this programme as i dont get out much and River city is such a joy to watch and allways cheers me up.Theirs allways something happens thats unexpected as i said the situation with Robbie and Jack was hillarious i havent had a good laugh like that for a long time.Thanks River city you are the best.
Tuesday, 10 November 2009 11:02pm on 10 Nov 2009 Tonights episode was really funny poor Robbie he was fair upset and Jack was loving every minute of it.But he got his own back on him good on Robbie.When she wakened up behind him and he screamed out of him that was hillarious and the woman who acted the part of Arlene was brilliant.Well you just cant do right for wrong in Eileens eyes she went in their like a bull in a china shop determined to change things and get her own way of running the centre.But she came unstuck and she ended up having to apologise to everyone which was her own fault.As for Murray cant she see that he only wanted to try and help her but Eileen being Eileen flew off the handle yet again.It was hillarious when Liz saw her script in the bucket and gave Eileen laldy,she certainly deserved it.And Malcolm asking why is their no bingo and the poem that Scarlet did was so funny and very apt regarding Eileen.But thankfully she ended up accepting Raymonds help and changing her mind about the ceileidgh, the line dancing the bingo and the drama, and a games night.Good on them all getting what they wanted because if it had been left to Eileen it would have been a very empty community centre.Really enjoyed tonights episode it fair cheered me up thats for sure.Your script writers are doing a great job thankyou for such an enjoyable Tuesday night.
Tuesday, 3 November 2009 10:52pm on 03 Nov 2009 Well first of all tonights episode was very sad regarding Jo.I really feel she needs counselling to help her through such a traumatic time.It was so sad when she took out Francos teddy,my heart went out to her. Poor lass is really struggling and its really difficult for her carrying on with her life without wee Franco and Nazir.Its a shame for wee Romeo as shes hardly spent much time with him,the wee souls getting passed on to so many others but really he needs to be with his mum.Hopefully she will get help and will spend time with Romeo.First time i have ever seen Jimmy like that with Scarlet and the things he was saying and asking her was very upsetting for her.It just showed you how much Learmouth had got to Jimmy but he should have accepted what Scarlet told him.But thankfully he apologised and Scarlet and Jimmy got back together again and hopefully they will sort their marriage out and be strong together.They do make a lovely couple and it would be really upsetting if they divorced,they do love each other very much and River City wouldnt be the same without them and wee Madonna.As for Deek i think he is only wanting to help that lassie because he doesnt want to see her go down the same road as his mum did.Hes trying to help her to prevent this from happening which is a kind and caring thing to do.So hopefully what hes trying to do will help her and give her a better life.Looking forward to next weeks episode, looks good.

Good on Jenny getting her own back and revenge on Innis he so deserved it and it wiped that smug grin off his face.The three of them are so funny together.I might have known that Robbie and Haley were involved in scaring Innis,they were really funny and when Innis said i know Karate that was hillarious.Boy was he spooked.Michty me their was just no pleasing Eileen tonight was their? but thankfully Gina made her realise that she was expecting too much and to stop being so grumpy with everyone.So chuffed that Lydia has offered Scarlet a job at her place as i said they will end up the best of buddies.Poor Scarlet shes certainly going through a hard time regarding that low life Learmouth.Hopefully Learmouth will end up in prison and Jimmy and Scarlet will sort things out and become much closer and come through it all much stronger.Thanks again for a great soap it was so entertaining,but it allways is.

Tuesday, 20 October 2009 00:28am on 22 Oct 2009 Fair enjoyed last nights episode it was excellent from start till finish.The situation with Scotts mum thinking that Raymond and Scott were together was very funny.And when Robbie and Haley were doing Scotts mums hair it was so funny the things he was saying to her. Good on her changing her life and wanting to try new things.Felt so sorry for Lydia what she was going through.But it was great to see Amber and Scarlett helping her out.I think Scarlett and Lydia will become the best of friends now cause what she did was extremely thoughtful and kind, and i am sure Lydia was very touched by her kindness.Scarlett fair came to the rescue in the end and thankfully she told Lydia to stay away from Mcabe before she made a big mistake accepting his offer.Scarlett fair suited that wig and shes fair got the gift of the gab as she did so well selling that clothes to help Lydia out.I really hope they get the Bafta because their acting is wonderfull the story lines are brilliant and they deserve it.Rivercity is the best programme on tv its got everthing in it and it is so enjoyable to watch.Good luck River City, i will keep my fingers crossed. Thankyou for such an enjoyable programme.
