Changes to international pages (3) 05:50am on 21 Jun 2009 I complained about the lack of access to "your money" and the Int "have your say" being populated by rather uninteresting "how dry is your mud hut" HYS'.

You have now modified the Int business to give me a link to "your money" and say that you will populate the Int HYS with more UK HYS'.

Apparently so, I have asked twice already but to no avail, even though Steve assures us there is no loss of functionality and we have access to all that we had before. Currently HYS (international) has 3 threads - Iran, mid-east peace and African huts, mmmm, joy.

I wonder what "your money" has - I used to look at it daily, now I'll either have to mess around to get a UK IP address thingy, or start looking at the Gurdian or Times websites.

I really find it hard to believe that less functionality for ones customers is a good thing.
Changes to international pages (2) 4:45pm on 15 Jun 2009 So what you are saying is that whilst all the response has been very negative, it's tough luck and we (your customers) will have to suck it up.

Nevermind that I have less functionality and can no longer see "your money" or seem to have HYS's on African huts rather than what's going on in the UK, my IP address is not the UK so I must be a dashed foriegner.

I think the BBC is great, but when you act like this you can see why there is pressure to privatise - your customers have spoken and you have ignored them, in a normal business this would mean failure, with the BBC it seems to mean business as usual.
Changes to international pages 00:19am on 13 Jun 2009 Sorry Steve, but resorting to italics and saying "all the same content is available" is wrong.

I currently work in the US, but still have savings and my flat let-out in the UK. I used to use the "your money" section under "business" in the UK version to keep an eye on UK property and banking issues - now I am forced into the International version I cannot see "your money".

Seems to me you have given us less functionality not more.
